You can easily update or edit your SmartShip order(s) at ANY TIME! Your SmartShip will be processed automatically and billed to your credit card monthly until you cancel the service. You may cancel at any time by logging into your HTG Account and following the directions in our FAQs or by contacting Healing In The Garden Customer Support at info@healinginthegarden.com. Please type "CANCEL SMARTSHIP" in the subject line. Users requesting cancellation of SmartShip(s) via e-mail must do so before their next SmartShip order is due.
