Large Batches
Hey everyone! I’m new to this and trying to learn. For those doing the 2-gallon tea bag process, what type of pots or steepers are you using? If you have any recommendations, sizes, or pictures of your setup, I’d really appreciate it. Thanks in advance!

I have a very tall pot. But any large pot that can handle 2 gallons of water should work. Once I boiled it and let it sit I then put a strainer over another large pot and poured it into that, then took a funnel and poured the tea back into the gallon jugs the spring water came in. Keep them in the fridge.
