I'm excited to start this journey with these products. I'm not on any medication, but my Doctor did prescribe me metphormin and rosuvastatin. I was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes back in February 2024 at that time my A1C was 10.5
With exercising and change in diet I went to a 8.2 now I'm at a 6.8

Hello rdr. Sanders, this great to hear that you are taking steps to bitter your health Congrats to lowering your A1C. MY doctor told me that my A1C was up when I had just turn 50 and I told my doctor listen give me so step to get it down and I follow it. So when I went to the doctor to test my blood she through my chart on the table and look at me and say keep up the good work your looks great. Keep that going and I have.. I love my self and will live a long time I pray in good health. I pray that all try and do the same. Blessing RDR Sanders.👍
