Here are some health tips to get you the best results from your watermelon challenge.

  1. Make sure to get plenty of rest. Getting adequate amounts of sleep is essential to have the energy you need to carrying your fast throughout these hot summer days.

  2. Drink at least 16 oz of water (h2o) or coconut water in a 24 hr period. Even though watermelon is 91 % water (h3o2) the fructose content is best distributed with spring or coconut water.

  3. Try to conserve your energy in the first 2 weeks of the challenge then once your body has adjusted to the new lifestyle then more energy can be used.

  4. Listen to your body! Take notes of the changes during this challenge.
