Feel-Good tips For this Fall

It can be a little challenging to exercise first thing in the morning, especially with less sun our energy levels seems to evaporate. That's why we’ve prepared three tips to help you motivate your journey while incorporating early bird fitness into your morning regime, starting with baby steps of course.

  1. First and foremost, preparation is key. Whether you want to jog around your yard or down the block in the morning, making sure you pack your favorite water bottle or sweater can really make a difference. Prepare a simple but effective act of self care that you know your future self would value.

  2. The second stage in motivating yourself for everyday wellbeing is meditation; set up 20 minutes of your day for it, even if it's on your commute home from work, a quick pause on Apple Music, whatever it be pause for some time to get in tune with your body and mind and in know time your body will thank you for the bonding time.

  3. Lastly, incorporate a small act of kindness into your schedule this season. If you need to donate some sweaters, avoid the garbage and instead give them to your local ValueVillage or DV shelter that is closest to you. Recycle those cans rather than tossing them in the garbage, and smile at a stranger. You never know how these seemingly insignificant acts can make someone else's day and spread positive energy and good vibrations.
